SHIPPING POLICY 
ORDER PROCESSING
All Rhema Craft products are prepared with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping is charged at £3.99, with free UK shipping on orders of £40 or more.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive it on your behalf.

FREE LOCAL COLLECTION
Free local collection is available to eligible customers within our selected local area.
At checkout, eligible customers will see:
FREE Local Collection – Collect from Bush Hill Park, Enfield
Royal Mail delivery remains the default shipping option, so please select Local Collection if you wish to collect your order.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready. Collection details will be provided once your order is ready.

DELIVERY DELAYS
We will always make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated time frame. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@rhemacraft.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being accepted.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please check that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rhemacraft.co.uk
We will do our best to help where the order has not yet been dispatched.
