In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, without affecting your statutory rights.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the processing times stated on our website. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
