Welcome to Rhema Craft. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the terms and conditions that apply when you visit our website or purchase products from us.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Rhema Craft reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Rhema Craft confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. 
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, without affecting your statutory rights. 
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Product prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Where additional charges may apply, these will be shown or explained before you place your order. 
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the processing times stated on our website. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will use reasonable care to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe. If there is a significant delay, please contact us at hello@rhemacraft.co.uk so that we can help.Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being accepted.

All content available through the Rhema Craft website, including our branding, logo, text, photographs, graphics, product designs, artwork, videos and other original content, is owned by Rhema Craft or used with permission and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rhema Craft is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Rhema Craft. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Rhema Craft, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Rhema Craft.
